If you had a loss, you deserve as much support as you want whenever you want it. If you had an early or late miscarriage or your baby passed a few minutes or days after being born, you may want someone to talk to. Irregardless of whether it has been two weeks or two years ago, it can help to process. We will meet online to breathe, talk, listen, and reflect for one hour. It’s okay to cry, and it’s okay to not know exactly what you want to say. You don’t have to do this alone.

We can talk about your hopes, plans and desires for laboring, birthing, postpartum or we can process what has already occurred during your labor, birth and postpartum.
